Ernie's legendary lunch truck is largely responsible for keeping the Mabuchi Lab alive and as a source of the occasional whole roast pig.

Daily Specials $4

  • Monday: Tacos de Asada OR Chicken in Tomatillo Sauce
  • Tuesday: Beef/Chicken/Vegi Flautas and, if you are lucky Spaghetti
  • Wednesday: Tacos de Barbacoa (pork) OR Chicken "6 carb" Milanesa
  • Thursday: Pollo Ranchero OR Chicken Tacquitos
  • Friday: Tacos Dorados (potato)

All specials are served with rice and beans. Price includes a choice of beverage. ($4.50 with fancy drink)
