Favorite Book de la semaine: Fooled by Randomness by Nassim Taleb. It's worth reading if you have any interest in the interplay between probability and denial....

Another AWESOME book on Stochastic Calculus in Financial Markets is Michael Steele's Stochastic Calculus and Financial Applications. It's very well-written and does a great job of presenting solid proofs of all of the major theorems and concepts in stochastic calculus (e.g. Levy's Theorem, Martingale Representation Theorem, Ito Integration, Girsanov's Theorem, Feynman-Kac, etc...)
