Weaponized Water Balloon
From Qwiki
In gradiator warfare, a properly Weaponized Water Balloon can spell the difference between life and death. The key to successful weaponization is to achieve the correct balance between throwability and lethality. As a general rule, smaller balloons are considerably more accurate than larger balloons; however, the thicker latex results in a higher rate of duds. If the balloon is too large there is a danger of a backfire. The proper ratio is often achieved with a balloon slightly larger than the palm of the hand, but this of course depends on the details of balloon construction. A key to ultimate lethality, often overlooked by the amateur water balloon weaponizer, is to remove all air from the balloon before sealing. This prevents the water from sloshing the balloon and improves the accuracy that final measure, similar to rifling a gun barrel. The ultimate balloon is shown to the right, where the smaller fused balloon serves to stabilize the munition.
